C&K Meats is a world-class pork producer operation based in Eye, near Diss. The business is part of the hugely successful CPC Foods in the UK and the international food company Premium Food Group.

Are you someone with a strong livestock background, particularly pig experience. You could be someone from a practical background looking for an exciting new challenge. We are looking for someone who is confident, calm in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to prioritise their workload.

Role responsibilities include:

• Planning and scheduling of livestock deliveries

• Management of kill plan

• Maintenance of supplier approval lists and certification Assistance.

• Audit assistance

• Supplier visit assistance

• Pig payment and reconciliation

• Stock control

• Management of supplier information and payments

• Collaboration between third party stakeholders and executives

• Collation and maintenance of business critical information

Skills and experience we are looking for in our agricultural assistant:

• Good organisational skills

• Numeracy skills

• Experience working with systems

• Excellent computer skills

• Strong problem solving skills

• Previous experience is preferred, however full training can be given to the right candidate

• 28 days holiday including bank holidays with an option to buy up to 5 more

• Monday to Friday, with a start time of 8am and an estimated finish time of 18:00
